Alhamdulillah for this seminar, we have a few things we’re using to our advantage. AlHamdulillah since the website has been up, we’re getting lots of hits and the word is spreading. We have an absolutely AWESOME sisters’ team in East Bay–may Allah reward them abundantly, Ameen. Posters are being put up and postcards going out. AlHamdulillah the great news is that we’ve met our weekly goal of 29 people—we’re currently at 30 registrants. At least we’re not at the bottom of the list :D

AlHamdulillah Sh. Yaser’s Khutbah has been booked at the MCA.

In sha Allah, location info will be posted soon. Lets see where the numbers lead us!

Until then, don’t stop now Haadi, charge! :)

inshaAllah most likely we will be doing our class in San Jose State! MCA was booked for some other event for this class period.

as salamu`alaykum,

inshaAllah from now until the start of this seminar, I’ll be sending out testimonials from students who have attended this class (from other cities) and what they thought about it. Here is the first one:

——Sister from Toronto writes——
This class was my first class ever with Al Maghrib. And after the first weekend, I couldn’t stop crying. SubhanAllaah, there’s like, nothing we know abt the deen. It brings so much humility in your actions and your thoughts.  It made me learn how I should keep my mouth shut if I don’t know the answer to anything… and just say ‘Allaahu Alem’. It makes you appreciate the hard work of scholars and lets you have a taste of what they go through in order to become knowledgable. Certainly, an amazing class. And I loved all the activities we did.
